We are dedicated to fostering healing, creating community, and restoring hope. We do this by offering free resources and services that address immediate and long-term needs in the areas of poverty and homelessness. We find solutions to hunger, help people overcome trauma, and provide education through community outreach programs.
OUR OUTREACH MINISTRIES
COMMUNITY OUTREACH
One Saturday each month, we serve our community by providing free lunch and prayer. Volunteers rally at 9am and head to that day’s location to serve. We have a set up team that goes out early and a tear down team that helps with clean up.

Backpack Buddies is a ministry of Temple City Church that provides meals for children to bring home from school. Through your generous donations, we are able to feed hundreds of families in need.

HOMELESS OUTREACH
Our Homeless Outreach teams minister to communities of unhoused people living on our local streets. We feed, clothe and pray for them, and sometimes provide additional care and equipping for success. FOOD PANTRY
We are open the 1st and 3rd Thursday of each month from 10am – 1pm. We distribute food right here at Temple City Church, at 1250 S Pollock St, Selma, NC.
We offer non-perishable boxes of USDA food to senior citizens (60 and over) with qualifying income in Johnston County on a monthly basis. We also offer food to other families who are food insecure in Johnston County. We partner with The Food Bank of Central and Eastern North Carolina.

MEN OF HONOR
Men of Honor is a ministry that pours into fatherless boys but is open to all young men. Through the Word of God and valuable life lessons, we are committed to raising up boys into Godly men who are equipped, confident, and ready to lead! We believe that when boys encounter Jesus and learn to walk in His ways, their lives, families, and communities are forever changed.
