Temple City YTH is our middle school and high school ministry. We want students to know this: You're Seen, You're Heard, and You're Loved. We meet on Sunday nights from 4pm-7pm. We want students to have fun, connect with other students, and most importantly- know Jesus. Come hang with us!
WHAT YOUTH IS LIKE...
We want to create a space for students to be seen, heard and loved. We do this by fostering relationships between students, leaders, and families. We believe Jesus is the priority, fun is a non-negotiable, and community is the goal.
FREE TIME
Doors open at 4:00PM and students can participate in many free time activities including basketball, pickleball, The Lounge with video games, ping pong, and chill zones, or they can hang out in the board game room for a slower pace.
FOOD
During free time, we feed the students from a rotating menu. It could be pizza, burgers and dogs, walking tacos, and more. Occasionally, we will serve special meals for events or offer extra things like ice cream or snow cones. Come hungry!
WORSHIP
After free time and meals are done, we enter into a time of worship with our student led worship team. We bring upbeat energy, or we may slow it down depending on the vision of the night. We use this time to connect with God and prepare our hearts for the message.
MESSAGE
Once worship has concluded, students will hear a biblical, truth filled, and practical message from our youth director or one of our leaders. We encourage students to take notes, apply the Word to their lives, and then respond in prayer, get alone with God, or gather with their small group to discuss.
